Halloween is just over a month away. It’s still not quite as big a celebration as in the USA but it has grown in popularity with more and more people joining in the fun in some way. We have noticed that parties are a big growth area and you can really have some fun theming the catering.
Think about whether you are aiming your party at kids or adults and how themed you want to go. Simple themed ideas include spider web pizzas, mummy pigs (cocktail sausages with the pastry made to look like mummy swathing), and cheese bones (instead of scones). For sweet items create cupcakes with Frankenstein’s face on or add black frosting with spider webs drawn across.
Drinks are also a fun area where you can create various alcoholic and non-alcoholic flavours that look the part. From blood orange to slime green. You can even decorate your glasses. How about colouring the salt green that goes around the top of a margarita glass?
